I am a Senior Training Executive at the Arena Multimedia Defence Center at Karachi, Pakistan. I have the highest number of certifications both as a faculty member and trainer at Arena Pakistan and as a multimedia professional and Graphic Designer. I am also the most senior employee of the Arena Multimedia Defence Center. My students are working at some of the largest Television Channels, Production Houses, Advertising Agencies and multinational companies in Pakistan and the world. I have trained many leaders in the multimedia industry in Pakistan, from the designers at the Gul Ahmed Textile Mills, the staff at Jimmy's Studios in Karachi, Production House Hakim Sons, Dolphin Textile Mills, Arts Council of Pakistan and at Arena Multimedia centers across the city. I was awarded best faculty member of the year 2006 for Arena Multimedia Pakistan and have trained the faculty members through workshops and seminars. I have helped in curriculum design, development & testing, technology transfer, proof-reading the books and courseware, helping train other faculty members and have taught the first workshops for Photoshop CS3, Premiere Pro 2 and Corel Painter 8 in the country. The Defence Centre where I teach was also the first network office to clear all academic requirements, the first to be connected to the Aptech online testing system, the first to offer value-addition and the first to offer courses in Textile Design. In 2006 I helped initiate Authorware training with the Indian office through online teleconference. In January 2008 I visited the Malviya Nagar, Delhi Arena Multimedia Centre to work with curriculum development and transferred the course materials to Pakistan.
